MEPF & Solar EPC for Textile & Apparel Mills
Textile mills live on humidity, power and uptime. From the heart of Ludhiana's knitwear and spinning belt, we deliver the humidification, high-load power, ventilation, fire and solar infrastructure that keeps yarn running and energy bills down.
What textile & apparel projects demand
- Precise humidity & temperature control
- Very high, continuous power loads
- Lint / cotton-dust fire hazard
- Effluent (ETP) & water compliance
- Crushing energy cost per unit
What we deliver
- Humidification & air-washer plants
- HT/LT power for spinning, knitting & dyeing
- Industrial ventilation & dust extraction
- Fire detection & suppression for lint hazard
- ETP/STP, water systems & rooftop solar
India's trusted textile & apparel MEPF & solar EPC partner
Secured Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is an MEPF and solar EPC contractor for textile and apparel mills, with deep roots in Ludhiana — India's knitwear, hosiery and woolen capital — and delivery across Punjab and the country's textile belts. We design, approve and execute the humidification, power, ventilation, fire and solar systems that spinning, knitting, dyeing and garmenting depend on.
Textile processes are unforgiving about their environment. Spinning and weaving need tight humidity and temperature or yarn breaks and quality drops; the loads are heavy and continuous; and cotton lint makes fire a constant risk. Our engineers design humidification and air-washer plants for the right RH, HT/LT distribution sized for continuous mill loads with power-factor correction, dust extraction and ventilation, and fire systems built for the lint hazard.
Textile is also intensely energy- and water-intensive, so cost control is engineering. We cut the bill with power-factor correction, efficient drives, LED lighting and large rooftop solar with net-metering, and we handle effluent (ETP) and water systems for pollution-board compliance. One accountable team owns the full MEPF and solar scope, from design and statutory approvals to commissioning and AMC.
Sub-sectors we serve
Why textile & apparel leaders choose us
We know textile environments
Humidification and air-washer plants engineered for the exact RH spinning and weaving need — because a few percent of humidity decides yarn quality and breakage.
Power for heavy, continuous loads
HT/LT distribution, transformers, DG and APFC sized for mill loads and running 24×7 — with power-factor correction that kills DISCOM penalties on a high-load site.
Fire safety built for lint
Detection and suppression designed for the cotton-dust fire hazard that ordinary systems miss, with fire-NOC handled in-house.
Attack the energy & water bill
Rooftop solar with net-metering, efficient drives and LED, plus ETP/STP and water systems for compliance — cutting the two biggest costs a mill carries.
Manufacturing & industrial leaders who trust us
A selection of textile & apparel clients we've delivered for across India.

Textile & Apparel MEPF & solar — your questions answered
Do you design humidification for spinning and weaving mills?
Yes. We design humidification and air-washer plants to hold the precise relative humidity and temperature that spinning, weaving and knitting need — because yarn quality and breakage rates depend directly on getting the RH right.
Can you handle the heavy power loads of a textile mill?
Yes. We engineer HT/LT distribution, transformers, synchronised DG and APFC/capacitor banks sized for continuous, heavy mill loads, with power-factor correction that eliminates DISCOM penalties on a high-load site.
How do you handle the fire risk from cotton lint?
Cotton dust and lint are a specific fire hazard ordinary systems underestimate. We design detection and suppression built for that risk, with dust extraction and ventilation, and we obtain the fire-NOC as part of the project.
Do you serve textile mills in Ludhiana and Punjab?
Yes — Ludhiana is India's knitwear and woolen hub and our registered head office is there. We serve spinning, knitting, dyeing and garment units across Ludhiana, Punjab and India's textile belts, with corporate office support from Noida (Delhi NCR).
