Do you obtain the fire-NOC for the project?

Yes. We design the fire-fighting system to NBC 2016 Part 4 and the state fire rules, install it, and obtain the state fire-NOC on your behalf — both provisional and final — so your building is occupancy-ready.

What fire systems do you install?

Hydrant systems, sprinklers, fire pumps and pump rooms, gas/clean-agent suppression, fire alarm and detection, and complete life-safety integration — sized per NBC and IS 15105 / IS 3844.

How do you size the fire water tank and pump room?

Capacity follows building height, occupancy and hazard class per NBC 2016. Our free fire-water-tank and fire-pump-room calculators give an indicative figure; the sanctioned design is prepared by our fire engineers for the fire-NOC.
