Do you commission MEP systems installed by another contractor?

Yes. We provide independent, third-party testing and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, fire and plumbing systems — whether we installed them or another contractor did — and hand over a documented, performance-validated installation.

What is HVAC TAB and why does my building need it?

TAB — Testing, Adjusting & Balancing — measures and balances every air and water flow so each zone gets its design condition and the plant runs at its rated efficiency. An unbalanced system wastes energy and never holds temperature; TAB per NEBB/ASHRAE proves it performs before handover.

What documentation do you hand over at commissioning?

Full commissioning records, test reports (electrical, TAB, fire cause-and-effect), O&M manuals, as-built drawings and operator training — everything you need to run and maintain the building from day one and to satisfy statutory and insurance requirements.

Do you carry out fire integrated (cause-and-effect) testing for the Fire NOC?

Yes. We run the cause-and-effect testing the fire service witnesses — proving detection triggers the correct suppression, evacuation, HVAC shutdown and lift-homing sequence — as part of the pre-NOC and pre-occupancy commissioning.
