Chilled-Water Plants (Chillers)

Air- and water-cooled chiller plants with primary/secondary pumping, cooling towers and BMS-integrated plant rooms, sized from a building heat-load study.

Why it matters

The chiller plant is the single biggest energy consumer in a large building. A right-sized, high-IPLV plant with VFD pumping cuts running cost 20–30% and holds temperature and humidity precisely — protecting comfort, process and product.

How do you size an HVAC system for a building in India?

We run a full heat-load study (ISHRAE/ASHRAE 62.1) accounting for area, occupancy, glazing, orientation, equipment heat and the local climate zone, then select the right system — VRF, ductable or chilled-water plant. You can get a quick estimate from our free AC tonnage calculator, but the final design always comes from an engineered heat-load survey.

Should I choose VRF or a chilled-water (chiller) plant?

Use VRF for zoned comfort in offices, showrooms, hotels and clinics where loads vary by area and you want no plant room. Choose a chilled-water plant above roughly 50 TR of central cooling — malls, hospitals, hotels and factories — where a high-IPLV plant with VFD pumping cuts running cost 20–30%. We size both from your actual load and tell you which pays back faster.

Do you provide AMC and testing & balancing (TAB) after installation?

Yes. We commission every system with Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), hand over O&M manuals and as-builts, and offer annual maintenance contracts with 24/7 support so the system keeps performing.
