1. Who we are

Secured Engineers Pvt. Ltd. ("Secured Engineers", "we", "us") is an MEPF and Solar EPC contractor. Our registered office is at 2480/1, BK Tower, Gill Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141003, India. For any question about this policy or your data, contact sales@securedengineers.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to a business enquiry.

Information you give us

• Contact details — name, company name, mobile number, email address.
• Project details — city, state, facility type, service of interest, monthly electricity bill range, approximate roof area, project timeline, your role, and any message you write.
• Calculator inputs — figures you enter into our engineering calculators (for example an electricity bill amount or roof area) so we can return an indicative result.
• Recruitment and vendor details — if you apply through our Work With Us page.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referrer, and campaign parameters (UTM), collected through Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager.
• Interaction events — for example that a calculator was completed or a WhatsApp button was clicked. We do not send your name, phone number or email address to analytics platforms.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, feasibility view or budgetary estimate.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the specific enquiry you raised.
• To improve our website and understand which pages help buyers.
• To meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box on a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Enquiry data is shared only with parties that help us respond to you:

• Our internal sales and engineering team.
• Google (Google Workspace / Google Sheets) — enquiry records are stored in our internal systems.
• Our customer-relationship system, used to track and follow up enquiries.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage data only, never your contact details.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

5. Documents you send us

If you send an electricity bill, drawing or site photograph — by WhatsApp or email — we use it only to assess your project and prepare a response. These documents are never published on this website and never shared publicly. Tell us if you would like a document deleted after assessment and we will do so.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Where an enquiry does not proceed, we retain minimal records so we can recognise you if you return. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 8).

7. Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you,
• correct anything inaccurate,
• delete your data, where we are not required to keep it,
• withdraw consent — after which we will stop contacting you about your enquiry.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. These set cookies that record anonymous usage — not your identity. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work, though some measurement will be lost.

10. Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be made clear on this page.
