Global MEP consultant support for project teams

Add MEP design capacity, or get a clear view of drawing gaps and BOQ discrepancies before your next tender, wherever the project is.

Secured Engineers Pvt. Ltd. supports consultants, architects, contractors and PMCs outside India with scoped MEP design, document review and coordination, delivered remotely from India.

Start with one paid package. Agree the outputs, fee, programme and revisions before work begins.

Remote support with clear responsibilities. Local signing, authority submissions, site verification and supervision stay with your authorised local team. We confirm the permitted scope and design criteria before accepting an appointment.
Who this is for

Built to work alongside your local team

MEP and engineering consultants

Extra design capacity for a defined package, while your firm stays the client-facing and responsible consultant.

Contractors and PMCs

An independent check of drawings and BOQ before you price, award or procure.

Architects and developers

Coordinated MEP documents and a clear query list for your appointed local engineer to review.

Choose the task

Three ways to work with a global MEP consultant

Covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing and public health, fire protection and ELV, for a specific deliverable and a clear scope.

For consultancies

White-label MEP design support

If your firm needs more design capacity, we can work behind your team on an agreed package. You keep the client relationship, the engineer of record and the final sign-off. We prepare the agreed documents to your templates and record every assumption and open query for your review.

Discuss a white-label pilot
  • You stay responsible. Your firm checks, signs and submits under local rules.
  • Confidentiality first. Agree any NDA before files are exchanged.
  • A small first step. Test the working fit on one discipline or drawing set.
  • Terms in writing. Templates, file formats and revision allowance are agreed before starting.

What a review can contain

Each finding should lead to a decision

A useful review ties an observation to its source document and the action needed from the project team.

Illustrative review format. These are fictional examples, not findings from a client project or a certification of design compliance.

Example issue register. Actual checks and deliverables depend on the appointment.
Document referenceObservationAction to resolve
Electrical drawing E-01 / BOQ §4An isolator shown on the schematic has no matching BOQ item.Confirm whether it belongs in the panel package or a separate supply item.

From enquiry to agreed deliverables

Begin with a manageable paid pilot

One system, one discipline or one drawing set gives both teams a defined first assignment.

  1. Confirm fit and confidentiality

Share a brief and document list. Agree any NDA before confidential files are exchanged.

  2. Agree the appointment

Set the design basis, inputs, outputs, fee currency, payment milestones, deadline and revision allowance.

  3. Review the first issue

Receive the agreed package, assumptions and open queries. Consolidate comments through one project contact.

  4. Close comments and decide the next scope

Track responses and revisions against the appointment. Agree any further work separately.

Before you appoint a remote MEP partner

Which countries do you work with?

Enquiries are welcome from any country. We have dedicated pages for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, East Africa and Australia. For any other location, we check the project requirements, codes and your local review route before accepting the work.

Do you have overseas offices or handle local approvals?

Our offices are in Ludhiana and Noida, India, and this service is delivered remotely from there. We do not present ourselves as locally registered abroad. Local signing, authority submissions, site verification and supervision stay with your authorised local team, who must be named in the appointment.

Can you work as a white-label design partner?

Yes, where your appointment and local rules allow. We can prepare the agreed package to your templates and title blocks, and your firm remains responsible for client contact, checking and sign-off. We confirm these arrangements in writing before starting.

Can we start with a small package?

Yes. Start with one discipline, one drawing set or one review package as a paid pilot. We agree inputs, deliverables, fee, programme and included revisions first. Any wider appointment follows a separate scope agreement.

How are fees agreed?

We review the discipline scope, drawing count and quality, design stage, required outputs and deadline before quoting. The proposal states the fee currency, payment milestones, programme and revision allowance. No blanket per-square-foot rate is assumed.

Which codes, standards and software can you work to?

Tell us your required codes, design criteria, software versions, native and PDF outputs in the brief. We confirm compatibility and capability before accepting the scope. Revit and BIM deliverables need their own agreed modelling and coordination scope.

Is this the same as your equipment exports?

No. Our company profile records equipment and material exports to USA, UAE (Dubai), Uganda, Sri Lanka. That is a separate supply record, not an on-site project record or evidence of consultancy experience in those countries. This page offers remote consultancy only, with no supply, installation or site work.

Discuss your project scope

Tell us what needs designing, checking or coordinating. We confirm suitability, inputs, deliverables, fee and programme before engineering starts.

What do you need?

Useful details: facility type, disciplines, design stage, drawing count and your deadline.

Have documents? Agree any NDA first, then share them by WhatsApp or email. This form does not upload files.

Prefer to discuss the scope first? Message the engineering team or sales@securedengineers.com.
