Who can apply
- Experienced engineers and supervisors in electrical, fire, HVAC, plumbing, ELV, solar, design, planning, billing, procurement and HSE.
- Freshers — diploma, ITI and engineering graduates. Choose "Fresher" as your experience; you are reviewed for entry roles, not against experienced hires.
- Technicians and tradespeople — electricians, wiremen, plumbers, fire fitters, ELV and solar technicians.
Applications are reviewed by HR / Recruitment with the hiring manager for the role. A resume is not needed to apply; licences and certificates are asked for only if you are shortlisted and only where the role needs them.
Site-based and office-based work
Site-based roles — site engineers, supervisors, technicians, HSE and stores — are posted to the project, which can be anywhere in India. The application asks whether you are open to site postings, so you are only considered for what you can take up.
Office-based roles — design, drawings, estimation, planning, billing, procurement and corporate functions — work from Ludhiana (Punjab) or Noida (Uttar Pradesh).
What each role looks for
- Electrical site engineer: HT/LT installation, panels and cabling, earthing, testing, and the inspection file that goes with it.
- Fire protection engineer: hydrant, sprinkler and pump installation, alarm systems, and the drawings and tests behind a Fire NOC.
- HVAC engineer: ducting and piping installation, equipment, testing and balancing.
- Plumbing / PHE engineer: water supply, drainage and pumping in industrial and commercial buildings.
- Solar design engineer: PVsyst simulation, AutoCAD layouts and string design. Solar site engineer: rooftop and ground-mount execution and handover.
- QS / billing and planning engineers: measurement, RA bills, schedules and progress reporting.
- MEP project manager: running a multi-trade site to programme, cost and quality, and the client relationship.
