Each project has its own approved make list, set with the client and consultant. Registration puts your products in front of procurement; it does not add a brand to a project's make list.
Who should register
- Manufacturers supplying direct to EPC contractors.
- Authorised distributors — tell us the brands and whether you hold written authorisation.
- Dealers and stockists with stock and dispatch coverage in the regions where our projects run.
How vendor registration is reviewed
- Register — business, contact, category, business type, base city, coverage and brands. Your registration is under review from that point; it is not automatic empanelment.
- Supply details — an optional second step: product range, authorisation, certifications, lead times, warehouses, warranty support, references and indicative credit terms.
- Procurement review — category fit, product documentation, delivery capability, business verification and after-sales support.
- Onboarding — approved vendors are asked for registration documents, and bank details through a verified channel, at this stage only.
- Enquiries — approved vendors are invited to quote when a project needs their category. Purchase orders follow that project's own evaluation.
Registrations are reviewed by Procurement / Vendor Onboarding. Suppliers from anywhere in India can register. Our offices are in Ludhiana and Noida; projects run across India.

Vendor registration FAQ
Which solar equipment vendors can apply?
Manufacturers, authorised distributors and dealers of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures and balance-of-system components. Tell us the brands you supply and whether you hold the brand's authorisation.
How does Secured Engineers review vendor registrations?
The procurement team reviews each registration for category fit, product documentation and certifications, delivery capability and coverage, business verification and after-sales support. A registration is under review until that is complete; it is not automatic empanelment.
Does registration guarantee a purchase order?
No. Approved vendors are invited to quote when a project needs their category. Purchase orders follow the project's own technical and commercial evaluation.
Do you need my bank details to register?
No. Do not send bank details through the website. They are collected only during onboarding, through a verified channel, after a vendor is approved.
Can suppliers from outside Punjab and NCR register?
Yes. Tell us your base city and where you can deliver. Projects run across India, so suppliers with warehouses or dispatch coverage in other regions are relevant.
