  A BOQ, tender or design set across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire — scope gaps, quantity basis, makes, commissioning and documentation.

  Send: BOQ or tender, drawings, project brief

• Fire protection review

  A fire scheme, a fire contractor's quote, or a building's readiness for the Fire NOC — hazard class, hydraulics, pump room, detection, inspection readiness.

  Send: Fire scheme drawings, occupancy and height, any NOC or inspection report

• Electrical review

  A load schedule, single-line diagram or electrical quotation — sanctioned load, protection, earthing, cable sizing, CEIG readiness.

  A solar proposal — capacity basis, yield assumptions, modules and inverters, structure, approvals scope, performance guarantee.

• Turnkey EPC review

  A whole-building MEPF package before award — scope matrix across bidders, approvals path, programme, payment milestones.
