Capacity, region and mobilisation — what we match on

Capacity

The team you can actually deploy on one site, by trade — a crew of eight fitters with a supervisor is a real answer; a firm-wide headcount is not. Packages are matched to the crew you state. एक साइट पर आप कितने लोग भेज सकते हैं, वही बताएं।

Region

The states and cities where you can run a site without a new base — Punjab and Delhi NCR are our busiest, but projects run across India. Name every region you can serve. जहाँ-जहाँ टीम भेज सकते हैं, सब लिखें।

Mobilisation

How soon a crew can be on site after a work order — one week, two, a month. Step 2 of the form asks this directly; an honest "one month" is more useful to Operations than a hopeful "one week".

Package type

Labour only, labour with tools, labour plus material, or a complete package. Pick the one you deliver today; the others can be added as the relationship grows.

None of this is a promise of a work order. Registration puts your team on the list Operations checks when a package comes up in your trade and region.

Who can register

  • Specialist contracting firms in electrical, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, ELV and solar installation.
  • Small firms and labour contractors — a team of under ten can register. Packages are matched to the capacity you state, not to firm size alone.
  • Firms from any state — tell us the regions where you can mobilise.

Registrations are reviewed by Operations / Subcontract Management, with Procurement for packages that include material.

What Operations may ask for at prequalification

A registration needs only the form. If your trade and region match a coming package, Operations asks for the documents that apply to your firm — typically from this list. Having them ready shortens the review; none is a condition of registering, and "not applicable" is a valid answer where the law does not require one.

  • GST registration and PAN of the firm.
  • Labour licence under the Contract Labour Act, where your headcount on a site brings it into force.
  • EPF and ESI registrations, or the reason neither applies to your firm.
  • Workmen's compensation / group insurance for site staff.
  • Past-work references — two or three recent sites in your trade with a contact who can confirm them.
  • Safety record — PPE practice, toolbox talks, any work-at-height or electrical-safety training your crew holds.
  • Bank details and a cancelled cheque — only at work-order stage, never at registration.

रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए सिर्फ़ फ़ॉर्म चाहिए। दस्तावेज़ तभी माँगे जाते हैं जब आपके ट्रेड और क्षेत्र में काम निकले।

From registration to work order

  1. Register — firm, trade, package type, base city, regions and team size. Your registration gets a reference number.
  2. Capability details — an optional second step: labour strength, tools, live sites, references, safety practice and the compliance that applies to you.
  3. Prequalification — Operations reviews capability and references. If your trade and region match a coming package, we ask for the documents that apply to it.
  4. Technical and commercial review — scope, drawings, rates and programme for the specific package, often with a site or office meeting.
  5. Work order — issued in writing for an agreed scope and terms. Registration alone does not guarantee one.

What we expect on site

  • Safety: PPE for every worker, toolbox talks, permits for work at height and hot work, and compliance with the site's own safety rules.
  • Quality: installation to the approved drawings and make list, inspection before cover-up, and test records for the work you install.
  • Documentation: daily manpower, measurement for billing, and the handover records the package calls for.
  • Compliance: GST, PF, ESI, a labour licence and workmen's insurance — each where the law or the project makes it apply to your firm. The form asks about each one separately, with "not applicable" as an answer.

Contractors from any state can register. Our offices are in Ludhiana and Noida; projects run across India.

FAQ

Subcontractor registration FAQ

Which documents are needed for subcontractor registration?

None to register. If your firm is shortlisted for a package, we ask for the documents that apply to that package and its site — typically GST registration, PF and ESI registration where your workforce size requires them, a labour licence where the project requires one, workmen's insurance and references for comparable work.

Can contractors outside Punjab register?

Yes. Our projects run across India. Tell us your base city and the regions where you can mobilise a team; packages are matched to the regions you cover.

Does registration guarantee a work order?

No. Registration places your firm on our review list. A work order follows only after prequalification, a technical and commercial review for a specific package, and agreed terms.

What kinds of package do you subcontract?

Labour only, labour with tools, labour plus material, and complete subcontract packages, across electrical, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, ELV and solar installation. Which type fits depends on the project and your firm's capacity.

How are subcontractors reviewed?

On trade capability, manpower and mobilisation capacity, site safety and quality practice, comparable project references, the regions you cover and the statutory compliance that applies to your firm. A person reviews every registration.
