The industrial zones we serve, state by state

Not generic city pages — the real named industrial estates, their development authority, DISCOM, pollution board and fire-NOC process. Find your zone below.

How to use this register

What a zone page tells you before you call anyone

Every estate page names the body that allotted the plot, the DISCOM that will sanction the load, the pollution board whose consent gates construction, and the fire authority that issues the NOC — relevant authorities to confirm for the specific plot and scope. These are not a universal approval sequence; requirements can run in parallel and depend on use, load, storage and jurisdiction. The state hubs carry the regulators once, so the estate pages can get on with what is local: the industries actually there, the phases and roads, and the questions those units ask us.

Evidence dates, infrastructure phases, tenant status and delivery review are shown separately.

Industrial locations under research

These authority records expand our research beyond the established northern estate directory. They are not new SEPL service locations or open tender announcements. No detail page is linked until the evidence and buyer need support one.

India Industrial Land Bank and the Industrial Corridor Land Platform provide national research routes. Confirm each phase and current scheme with its authority.
