Own hiring across SEPL's site, office and sales teams, from job openings and sourcing to interviews, offers and joining.

Responsibilities

• Plan hiring with department heads and keep the list of open positions current.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and colleges.
• Review every application, shortlist and coordinate interviews.
• Keep candidates informed and manage offers and joining.
• Maintain the applications register and report hiring progress.

What we look for

• 5+ years in recruitment, with experience hiring engineers or technical staff.
• Hands-on use of job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Clear communication and disciplined follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.

Preferred

• Hiring experience in construction, MEP, EPC or solar.

Compensation is discussed at interview and confirmed in writing in the offer letter.
