Scope of work
Each controlled door is specified individually — reader type, lock type and, critically, whether it fails safe or fails secure on power loss and on fire alarm, because a fire-exit door that stays locked is a life-safety failure. Zoning and anti-passback rules, visitor workflows, vehicle barriers and turnstiles are designed around how the site actually operates, and integration with the attendance system, CCTV and the fire alarm is defined before installation. We supply and install the readers, controllers, locks, barriers, turnstiles, cabling and the management software.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
Every door is tested for both its normal operation and its fail state, and the fire-alarm release is proven as part of the cause-and-effect test with the fire system. Users are enrolled, access groups configured and the audit reports demonstrated to the client's security and HR teams. The client receives the door schedule with fail-state decisions, the controller layout and a configuration backup.
