Scope of work
The system is sized from the extension count and the call flows — reception, departments, hunt groups, voicemail, and the trunks to the telecom operator — with intercom points at gates, lifts and service areas and video door phones where entrances need them. IP-PBX rides on the structured cabling and integrates with mobiles; hybrid systems keep analogue handsets where they exist. We supply and install the PBX, handsets, intercom stations, door phones and the gateways to the operator.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
Extensions are programmed, call routing tested from every point, and the operator connection commissioned with the licensed telecom provider. Emergency and gate stations are tested with the security desk. The client receives the extension directory, the programming record and a configuration backup.
