What the scope actually covers
HT/LT electrical
Substation, transformers, HT panel, LT distribution, cable schedules, earthing and lightning protection — designed to the load you will actually run, not the load on the drawing.
Firefighting & alarm
Hydrant, sprinkler, pump room, detection and alarm, designed to NBC 2016 and to what your state fire authority will accept.
HVAC & ventilation
Process ventilation, shed cooling, exhaust and make-up air — sized against heat load and air changes, not floor area.
Plumbing & drainage
Water supply, process drainage, effluent routing and sanitary works, coordinated with the civil programme.
Statutory approvals
Fire NOC, CEIG electrical inspectorate approval, factory licence support and DISCOM coordination — filed by us, in-house.
Rooftop solar
Where the shed and sanctioned load allow it, solar designed alongside the electrical scope rather than bolted on afterwards.
Where these projects go wrong

Five vendors, no single owner
Electrical, fire, HVAC, plumbing and approvals let separately means every interface is a dispute waiting to happen — and the programme slips at each one.

Approvals treated as an afterthought
Fire NOC and CEIG get started once the building is up. Both need drawings and design decisions taken months earlier, and retrofitting to satisfy them is the expensive way.

Load sized to the drawing, not the plant
Connected load taken from a schedule nobody revisited after the machine list changed. The transformer is then either oversized and wasteful or undersized and blocking.

Commissioning compressed into the last fortnight
Testing, balancing and statutory inspection get whatever time remains. That is where handover dates die.

We start from your machine list, shifts and expansion plan — not a per-sq-ft assumption — and agree exactly what is in and out of the contract.

Single-line diagrams, layouts and a BOQ specific enough that quotes can be compared like for like.

Approvals filed in parallel
Fire NOC and CEIG documentation prepared alongside procurement rather than after execution, so inspection is not the thing holding up energisation.

One contractor across all services, so interfaces between fire, electrical and HVAC are resolved on site instead of in email.

Questions we get asked
Do you work on running plants or only new builds?
Both. Expansions and upgrades inside a live plant are a large share of our work, and they are a different discipline from greenfield — shutdown windows, temporary supplies, and sequencing around production are planned into the programme rather than improvised.
Can you take the statutory approvals as well as the works?
Yes, and that is the main reason clients single-source with us. Fire NOC and CEIG approval are filed by our own team. Approvals are our core trade as an MEPF contractor, not something we sub out to a consultant.
How early should we bring you in?
At the point the building layout is being fixed. Plant room sizes, shafts, cable routes and the fire strategy all constrain the civil design, and the cheapest time to change them is before concrete.
What do you need to give an indicative budget?
Built-up area, occupancy or process type, connected load if you have it, and your target handover date. Drawings or a tender BOQ make the number much tighter — you can attach or WhatsApp them with the form below.
