What’s genuinely different about Delhi’s estates
Delhi’s older, denser estates — Bawana, Okhla, Wazirpur, Mayapuri, Patparganj — carry a mix of relocated process units (chemicals, electroplating, dyeing) and legacy small-plot manufacturing.
