Why it matters

What this system decides for your project

Some assets can't be protected with water. Clean-agent systems flood the risk and extinguish fire in seconds without harming electronics, records or people.

You need a quote for this if: Data centres, server/UPS rooms, electrical rooms and archives.

Scope

Scope of work

The agent is chosen for the risk — clean agents where electronics, records or people are present, CO₂ for unoccupied electrical or machinery enclosures, water mist where the hazard suits it — and the quantity is calculated from the protected volume and the design concentration the agent's listing requires. The design covers the cylinders and their location, the pipework and nozzle layout for discharge time and distribution, the detection that triggers release (usually cross-zoned) with its delay and abort arrangements, and the room's dampers and door closers. We supply and install the cylinders, valves, pipework, nozzles, detection and control panel.

How it is delivered — and what you receive

The protected room is integrity-tested to show it will hold the agent concentration for the required time — leaks around cable penetrations and ceiling voids are the usual failure — and the release sequence is tested electrically without discharge. Warning signage and the manual release are placed as the standard requires. The client receives the agent calculation, the integrity-test result, the release logic and the cylinder schedule for the AMC's weighing checks.
