Australian Standards
You nominate the applicable standards, such as AS/NZS 3000 (electrical), AS 1668 (ventilation), AS/NZS 3500 (plumbing), AS 2118 (sprinklers) and AS 1670 (detection).
Practitioner registration
Registered-engineer and design-declaration duties, such as RPEQ in Queensland or the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act, stay with your authorised practitioners.
BIM requirements
The BIM execution plan, model ownership, level of development, naming and common data environment follow your firm's or client's standard.

How we make outsourced production workable
Your templates, not ours
We start from your Revit or CAD template, title blocks, families, layers and drawing standards where the appointment calls for them. A small trial sheet or model area tests the match before volume work starts.
Engineering inputs stay explicit
Sizing, schematics, mark-ups and design criteria come from your engineers or are agreed as a separate calculation scope. Assumptions go in a query register so they don't quietly become design decisions.
Security and IP
Tell us your confidentiality, data-location and tool-access requirements at the start. An NDA and any IP terms are agreed before files are exchanged, so the working arrangement matches your client commitments.

Are your engineers registered in Australia?
This page does not offer registered Australian engineering services. Our offices are in Ludhiana and Noida, India. Your authorised practitioners remain responsible for design, compliance, declarations, signing and any site inspection, and they check our outputs before issue.
Do you work in Revit?
State your software, version, template and level-of-development requirements in the brief. We confirm compatibility and capability, normally with a small trial area, before accepting the scope. BIM deliverables always have their own agreed modelling and coordination scope.
Can we start with a small trial?
Yes. One floor, one discipline or a small sheet set works well as a paid pilot. It tests your standards, communication and review effort before you commit further. We agree the deliverables, fee and revisions up front.
How do you handle confidentiality and client data?
Tell us your requirements first, including any restrictions from your client or insurer on data location or offshore work. We agree the NDA, transfer route and tool access before files are exchanged. This enquiry form does not upload project files.
How are fees agreed?
We quote after reviewing the scope, inputs, standards, modelling depth and deadline. The proposal states the currency, payment milestones, delivery programme and revision allowance. Depending on the work, it can be priced per package or per defined stage.
