India-based engineering · Remote support for KSA projects

MEP design support for Saudi Arabia project teams

Add defined MEP design, BOQ and coordination capacity to your consultancy or contractor team, without handing over the local responsibilities that must stay in the Kingdom.

Secured Engineers Pvt. Ltd. supports consultants, contractors and PMCs with scoped HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-protection packages, delivered remotely from India.

Start with one paid package. Agree the outputs, fee, programme and revisions before work begins.

Remote support with clear responsibilities. Local signing, authority submissions, site verification and supervision must be assigned to the appropriately authorised project team. We confirm the permitted scope and design criteria before accepting an appointment.

What the appointment has to settle for a Saudi project

The Saudi Building Code sets the frame, while the client, the local consultant and the authority route set the details. We record these points in the design basis before design starts.

Electrical: SBC 401

Load schedules, single-line diagrams, cable and protection calculations, and the supply details to be confirmed with the utility.

Mechanical: SBC 501

Cooling and ventilation design, with the energy and project criteria your consultant or client specifies.

Plumbing: SBC 701

Water supply, drainage and sanitary design documents, coordinated with architecture and structure.

Fire: SBC 801

Fire-protection documents prepared for the review route your authorised fire consultant manages with Civil Defense.

General orientation only, not legal or regulatory advice. Requirements change and vary by site, so confirm them with your local team.

Choose the task

Three ways to work with us

01

Drawing & BOQ review

For consultants, contractors and PMCs preparing a tender or procurement package.

What you provide

Current drawing set, BOQ, specifications, scope split and client standards.

Outputs to agree

A referenced issue register, drawing–BOQ discrepancies, scope questions and priorities for your team to resolve.

Quantity remeasurement, redesign and pricing are agreed separately.

02

MEP design documentation

For a consultancy team that needs extra capacity on a defined package.

What you provide

Approved brief, architecture, design criteria, applicable SBC parts and required issue stage.

Outputs to agree

The agreed calculations, layouts, schedules and BOQ, with assumptions and unresolved inputs recorded.

Your authorised office keeps checking, stamping and submission responsibilities.

03

Coordination & revisions

For architects and engineers closing interfaces or responding to review comments.

What you provide

Architectural and structural backgrounds, MEP drawings, comments and revision history.

Outputs to agree

Coordination markups, an interface and query register, and agreed drawing updates with a revision record.

BIM models and specialist studies are included only when expressly scoped.

Design points we raise early on KSA work

60 Hz equipment

Saudi Arabia runs at 60 Hz, unlike many neighbouring markets. Motor, chiller, pump and generator selections need checking so that 50 Hz data does not carry over from a template or an earlier project.

Very different climates

Riyadh's dry heat and dust, and Jeddah's or Dammam's coastal humidity, change the cooling loads, filtration and corrosion protection. The client's outdoor design criteria are recorded, not assumed.

Client and zone requirements

Giga-projects, industrial cities and large owners often add their own standards to the code. Share these in the brief so that the design basis and checking route reflect them.

What a review can contain

Each finding should lead to a decision

A useful review ties an observation to its source document and the action needed from the project team.

Illustrative review format. These are fictional examples, not findings from a client project or a certification of design compliance.

Document referenceObservationAction to resolve
Equipment schedule M-04 / electrical load listScheduled pump data is stated at 50 Hz, while the electrical schedule assumes a 60 Hz supply.Confirm the supply basis and reissue the selection data.
Fire drawing F-02 / BOQ §7The fire pump set is drawn, but its controller and test line have no matching BOQ item.Confirm the package boundary before bids are compared.
Design basis / M-01The drawing notes do not state the outdoor design conditions used for the cooling load.Obtain the criteria from the lead consultant and record them.

Read the scope behind the reference

These are existing published project references, with their recorded scope and limitations. They are not presented as appointments in Saudi Arabia or as evidence of local authority approval.

Chandigarh, India · Consultancy

Sector 43 drawing and BOQ revisions

Our published project record includes correspondence recording revised fire-fighting drawings and BOQ submitted for review for the Sector 43 parking project.

The submission records revision activity; it does not establish authority approval or completed installation.

NXP MEP design

Our company profile identifies a bespoke MEP design role for NXP. The published case sets out the recorded role and considerations for a similar design appointment.

The project location remains unreconciled. The profile reference does not establish experience in Saudi Arabia, a certified performance result or an approval outcome.

From enquiry to agreed deliverables

Begin with a manageable paid pilot

One system, one discipline or one drawing set gives both teams a defined first assignment. Enquiries can concern projects in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Jubail, Yanbu, Makkah, Madinah and other regions of the Kingdom.

  1. Confirm fit and confidentiality

Share a brief and document list. Agree any NDA before confidential files are exchanged.

  2. Agree the appointment

Set the design basis, inputs, outputs, fee currency, payment milestones, deadline and revision allowance.

  3. Review the first issue

Receive the agreed package, assumptions and open queries. Consolidate comments through the nominated project contact.

  4. Close comments and decide the next scope

Track responses and revisions against the appointment. Agree any additional work separately.

India is 2.5 hours ahead of Saudi Arabia, which leaves a useful shared working window for reviews and coordination calls.

Before you appoint a remote MEP partner

Do you have a Saudi office or handle Civil Defense approvals?

No. Our offices are in Ludhiana and Noida, India, and this offer is for remote design and document support. Each appointment must name the authorised local consultant or office responsible for checking, stamping, submissions and site verification. This page does not offer Saudi authority approvals or site supervision.

Which Saudi Building Code parts do you work to?

We prepare documents against the design basis agreed for each appointment, which on a KSA project normally references the relevant parts of SBC, such as SBC 401, 501, 701 and 801, along with any client standards. The responsible local consultant confirms the applicable editions and requirements, and we confirm our capability for the scope before accepting it.

Can you work as a subconsultant to our engineering office?

That is the most straightforward arrangement. Your office holds the client relationship and the local responsibilities, while we deliver the agreed calculations, drawings, schedules or review outputs for your checking.

Can we start with one package?

Yes. Start with one discipline, one drawing set or one review as a paid pilot. We agree the inputs, deliverables, fee, programme and included revisions before starting, and any wider appointment follows a separate scope agreement.

Can we share confidential drawings?

Tell us your confidentiality requirements first and agree any NDA before sending confidential files. After that, use the agreed email or document-sharing route. This enquiry form does not upload project files.

Discuss your Saudi Arabia project scope

Tell us what needs designing, checking or coordinating. We confirm suitability, inputs, deliverables, fee and programme before engineering starts.

What do you need?

Please mention the city, project stage, disciplines and the local consultant's role, if appointed.

Have documents? Agree any NDA first, then share them by WhatsApp or email. This form does not upload files.

ONE PARTNER. END TO END. You focus on your business — we handle the rest.
