Design points we raise early on Omani work
Coastal heat, humidity and salt
Muscat and Sohar's coastal conditions affect latent cooling loads, outdoor equipment and metalwork. Coating and material requirements are written into the specifications and schedules.
Salalah's monsoon season
The khareef brings a long humid season to Dhofar that differs from northern Oman. Cooling, ventilation and moisture control should reflect that local climate rather than a Muscat assumption.

No. Our offices are in Ludhiana and Noida, India, and this offer is for remote design and document support. The appointment must identify the licensed local consultant or party responsible for checking, signing, submissions and site verification. This page does not offer Omani authority approvals or site supervision.
Which standards do you design to for Oman?
We agree the design basis with the client and the local consultant for each appointment, including municipal, utility, zone and client requirements. We confirm our capability against that basis before accepting the scope.
Can you support a contractor on design-build work?
Yes, where the responsibilities are clear. We can prepare or review a defined document package, while the contractor and authorised consultant keep local submissions, site surveys, and construction and supervision responsibilities.
Can we start with one package?

How are fees and turnaround agreed?
We review the discipline scope, drawing quality, design stage, required outputs and deadline before quoting. The proposal states the fee currency, payment milestones, delivery programme and revision allowance.
