What this system decides for your project
Early detection buys the minutes that save lives. Addressable systems pinpoint the exact location of a fire and integrate with evacuation and HVAC for a coordinated response.
You need a quote for this if: Any occupied building — mandatory life-safety and a Fire-NOC requirement.
Scope of work
Detection is designed zone by zone to IS 2189 — the detector type for the space (smoke, heat, multi-sensor, beam or aspirating where the ceiling height or the environment calls for it), spacing and placement, manual call points at exits, sounders and strobes for audibility and visibility, and the panel with its loops and cause-and-effect matrix. Addressable systems identify the device; conventional systems identify the zone. Integration covers the PA and voice evacuation, HVAC shutdown and damper release, lift homing, access-control release and the sprinkler flow switches. We supply and install the devices, cabling, panels and interfaces.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
Every device is tested individually and the cause-and-effect matrix is proven end to end — smoke at a detector must produce the right alarm, the right announcement, the right shutdowns and the right releases — which is the test the fire officer wants to see. Cable is fire-rated where the standard requires it and the loops are documented. The client receives the device schedule with addresses, the cause-and-effect matrix, the test records and the panel configuration.
