Why it matters

What this system decides for your project

Structures must survive decades of wind and weather on your roof. Engineered GI structures and rated BOS prevent leaks, corrosion and the failures that void module warranties.

You need a quote for this if: Every solar installation — the structural and electrical foundation.

Scope

Scope of work

The structure is designed for the roof it sits on — RCC, metal sheet or ground — and for the wind load at the site, with the tilt and row spacing from the shadow analysis, and the fixing method chosen to protect the roof: ballasted or anchored on RCC, clamped to the purlins on sheet roofs, piled or footed on ground. Elevated structures keep the roof usable where that matters. The balance of system covers DC cabling sized for voltage drop, MC4 connectors, combiner boxes with fuses and surge protection, AC cabling and the earthing of the array. We supply and install all of it.

How it is delivered — and what you receive

The roof's capacity to carry the structure is confirmed before the design is frozen, and a structural stability certificate issued where the DISCOM or the client requires it. Fixings are torqued and inspected, penetrations sealed, and the array earthing tested. The client receives the structural design and certificate, the layout as-built and the earthing test record.
