Scope of work
The O&M contract sets a cleaning schedule for the site's soiling, preventive checks on inverters, structures, cabling and earthing, string-level monitoring with IV-curve and thermography inspections to find under-performing modules and hot joints, and performance-ratio reporting that compares actual generation with what the irradiance should have produced. Breakdown response and spares are defined in the contract.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
Each visit is logged against the schedule with readings, and the monthly report shows the performance ratio, the availability and the losses traced to their cause — soiling, shading, a failed string or an inverter fault — so a decision can be made rather than a number filed. Statutory items such as the earthing test and the inverter protection check are recorded for the periodic inspection. The client receives the maintenance log, the monthly PR report and the fault history.
