HVAC contractor in Delhi NCR — VRF, chilled water and ventilation, designed and commissioned
We are an HVAC contractor for Delhi NCR, working from our corporate office in Noida: VRF/VRV and chilled-water systems, air handling, ducting and ventilation for offices, factories, data and process areas, hotels and hospitals — from heat-load calculation and design through installation, testing, balancing and commissioning.

HVAC systems we design and install in Delhi NCR
VRF / VRV systems
Zoned air-conditioning for offices and mixed-use floors — outdoor-unit positions checked against the manufacturer's pipe-length and height limits.
Chiller plants
Chilled-water plants sized from a heat-load study — machine type and staging, pumping with VFDs, cooling towers and BMS integration.
AHUs, FCUs and ducting
Air handling and distribution — duct routes coordinated against cable trays and sprinkler mains, then balanced outlet by outlet.
Ventilation and pressurisation
Fresh air, stair and lift-lobby pressurisation, car-park ventilation with CO sensing and smoke mode, kitchen and toilet exhaust.
Cleanroom and process cooling
Controlled environments to ISO class or GMP grade, validated with filter-integrity, particle-count and pressure tests.
The full national scope — industrial HVAC, ventilation and the plant behind it — is on our HVAC contractor service page.
Choosing among HVAC contractors in Delhi — what to compare
Quotes look alike until you ask how the work is done. Ask every bidder:
- Is the plant sized from a heat-load study, or from a square-foot ratio?
- For VRF: where do the outdoor units sit, and are the pipe runs inside the maker's length and height limits?
- Is refrigerant piping brazed under nitrogen, pressure-tested and vacuum-held — and is the extra charge calculated from the real pipe lengths?
- Are duct routes coordinated against cable trays, sprinkler mains and beams before fabrication?
- Will the system be tested, adjusted and balanced outlet by outlet, with readings handed over?
Where HVAC meets the Fire NOC in Delhi NCR
Stair and lift-lobby pressurisation and car-park smoke ventilation are checked at the fire inspection as a cause-and-effect — a fan that runs is not the same as a stair that holds pressure with the design number of doors open. We test them with the doors, dampers and fire-alarm interface in place, and the readings form part of the Fire NOC submission.
The fire authority depends on the state the site is in: Delhi Fire Service in Delhi (Fire NOC in Delhi), Haryana Fire and Emergency Services (Urban Local Bodies Dept.) for Gurugram and Faridabad (Haryana), and the Directorate of Fire and Emergency Services, Uttar Pradesh for Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh).

HVAC in Delhi NCR — straight answers
Do you work across all of Delhi NCR?
Yes — Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad, supported from our corporate office at Supertech, Astralis Supernova, Sector 94, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. Project scope and mobilisation are confirmed during the enquiry.
VRF or chilled water — which suits my building?
VRF suits part-load and zone diversity — floors billed separately, uneven occupancy — with no plant room and no water treatment. Chilled water wins at scale and on process-dominated loads, with better central efficiency and the refrigerant confined to the plant room. Delhi's summer ambients derate air-cooled equipment, so selection at design ambient matters for both, and the honest answer is often a hybrid: VRF for offices, chilled water for process areas and large halls.
Do you design the HVAC as well as install it?
Yes. Heat-load calculation, system selection, drawings and the BOQ, then supply, installation, testing, adjusting, balancing and commissioning. If you want to tender the design, we can stop at design — the team that designs is the team that builds, so the design is priced and buildable.
Is HVAC part of the Fire NOC in Delhi NCR?
Parts of it are. Stair and lift-lobby pressurisation and car-park smoke ventilation are checked at the fire inspection as a cause-and-effect with the fire alarm, so they are tested with the doors, dampers and alarm interface in place and the readings go into the Fire NOC submission. The fire authority differs by state inside NCR: Delhi Fire Service in Delhi, Haryana's fire service for Gurugram and Faridabad, and Uttar Pradesh's for Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad.
Do you maintain HVAC systems after handover?
Yes, under an annual maintenance contract. Our AMC covers HVAC alongside the electrical, plumbing, fire and solar systems, with preventive schedules and defined response times.
