Zoning comes first — which areas share an outdoor unit, which need simultaneous heating and cooling (heat recovery), and where the outdoor units can sit without exceeding the pipe-length and height limits the manufacturer publishes. From that we select outdoor and indoor units, design the refrigerant piping with its branch selectors and joints, size the condensate drainage, and specify centralised or app-based controls. Supply and installation cover the units, copper piping and insulation, drain lines, control wiring and the outdoor-unit platforms.

How it is delivered — and what you receive

Refrigerant piping is brazed under nitrogen, pressure-tested and vacuum-held before charging, with the additional charge calculated from the actual pipe lengths rather than estimated. Each indoor unit is addressed and commissioned on the controller, and the system is run through cooling and heating modes with readings recorded. Fresh-air provision is designed alongside, because VRF alone does not ventilate — a point that matters at the fire and health inspections. The client receives the piping as-built, the charge record and the controller configuration.
