Scope of work

The air side is designed from the room-by-room supply-air quantities — CFM, throw, fresh-air fraction and filtration grade — into AHU and FCU selections, duct routes sized for static pressure and velocity, and the terminals: VAV or CAV boxes, diffusers, grilles, volume-control dampers and fire dampers at every compartment crossing. Filtration runs from G4 pre-filters to HEPA where the space needs it. We fabricate the GI or aluminium ductwork to SMACNA practice, and supply and install the AHUs, FCUs, ducts, insulation, terminals and airflow stations.

How it is delivered — and what you receive

Duct routes are coordinated against cable trays, sprinkler mains and beams before fabrication, because the ceiling void is the most contested space on any project. Ductwork is leak-tested in sections and insulated, and the system is balanced outlet by outlet — testing, adjusting and balancing — so the designed air actually reaches each room. Fire dampers are tested and their positions recorded on the Fire NOC drawing. The client receives the balancing report, the duct as-built and the filter schedule.
