What this system decides for your project
Pharma, electronics, food and data facilities need tight temperature, humidity and particle control. Non-compliant environments fail GMP and quality audits — this is engineering you cannot retrofit cheaply.
You need a quote for this if: Pharma, electronics, food-processing or data centres needing controlled environments.
Scope of work
The design starts from the classification and the process — ISO class or GMP grade, the pressure cascade between rooms, the temperature and humidity bands, the air-change rate and the filtration chain through terminal HEPA. From that follow the AHU selection with the right filter stages, the supply and return arrangement, the dehumidification method where the process demands it, precision units for equipment rooms, and the partition, ceiling and door details that keep the envelope tight. We supply and install the HVAC, the terminal filters, the controls and the monitoring.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
A cleanroom is only finished when it is validated. After installation we run the air balancing, filter integrity (leak) testing, particle counts, pressure-differential and recovery tests, and hand over the validation documents the client's quality team and auditors expect. Pressure cascades are checked with doors cycling, not just at rest. The client receives the validation report, the as-built and the monitoring configuration — the documents a GMP audit asks for first.
