What this system decides for your project
The chiller plant is the single biggest energy consumer in a large building. A right-sized, high-IPLV plant with VFD pumping cuts running cost 20–30% and holds temperature and humidity precisely — protecting comfort, process and product.

Scope of work
The plant is sized from a heat-load study of the building — not a square-foot ratio — and the selection covers chiller type (screw, scroll or centrifugal; air- or water-cooled), the number of machines and their staging, primary and secondary pumping with VFDs, cooling towers and their water treatment, the plant-room layout with service clearances, and the controls that stage the machines against load. We supply and install the chillers, pumps, towers, chilled-water and condenser-water piping, insulation, valves and instrumentation, and integrate the plant with the BMS.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
The plant room is coordinated with the structural and electrical design early — chiller weights, tower positions, drain routes and the electrical feeders all constrain the civil work. Long-lead machines are ordered against approved makes with factory test certificates. On completion the water circuits are flushed, pressure-tested and balanced, the machines are commissioned by the OEM with our engineers present, and the plant is run at part load and staged load with readings recorded against the design values. The client receives the commissioning report, the balancing report and the O&M manuals.
