What this system decides for your project
Hydro-pneumatic pumping gives uniform pressure on every floor without overhead-tank height, and VFD control saves energy and extends pump life.
You need a quote for this if: High-rises, hotels and campuses needing consistent water pressure.
Scope of work
Pump sets are sized from the total head — static lift, friction through the network and the residual pressure required at the furthest outlet — and the peak flow, with a duty and standby arrangement, VFD control for constant pressure, and pressure vessels sized to limit cycling. Transfer pumps are designed for the underground-to-overhead lift and booster sets for the zones the tank height cannot serve. We supply and install the pumps, panels, VFDs, vessels, manifolds, valves and the pump-room pipework.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
Each set is commissioned against its design curve — pressure and flow measured at the pump and at the furthest outlet — and the VFD set-points tuned so pressure holds through the demand range without hunting. Standby changeover and dry-run protection are tested. The client receives the commissioning readings, the panel schematics and the set-point record, which is what the AMC engineer needs to keep the system where it was left.
