Khushkhera is a RIICO estate in the Bhiwadi, Neemrana and Tapukara auto corridor, so most plants are auto, auto-ancillary or engineering units with heavy electrical loads.

Who develops the estate and what comes with the plot?

RIICO, the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation, develops and manages industrial areas in the state, through unit offices. RIICO's own site says it has developed 472 industrial areas across Rajasthan and runs 33 unit offices. Which unit office covers Khushkhera decides who you speak to about allotment, lease terms, transfer, building-plan approval and utility questions. Ask that office, in writing, what the plot comes with: road width, water supply, drainage, street lighting and the power arrangement. The department's website did not load cleanly when we checked on 10 October 2026, so confirm the current online route with the Energy Department.
