Remote support with clear responsibilities. Local signing, authority submissions, site verification and supervision must be assigned to the appropriately authorised project team. We confirm the permitted scope and design criteria before accepting an appointment.
What stays with your firm, and what we can take on
US engineering is licensed state by state. Each state board is the final authority on sealing and responsible charge, so this arrangement has to fit your state and your firm's own practice.
Seals and submissions
Sealing, permit submissions and dealings with the authority having jurisdiction stay entirely with your licensed team.
Codes and standards
You nominate the locally adopted editions of the codes that apply, such as NEC, IMC, IPC or UPC, and ASHRAE 90.1 and 62.1. We work to your design inputs.
Contract and data
Tell us about client restrictions on offshore work, data location and tool access. NDA and IP terms are agreed before any files are exchanged.

How we make offshore production workable for US firms
Your templates and units
We start from your Revit or CAD template, title blocks, families and US drawing conventions, using inch-pound units and your sheet sizes. A small trial area tests the match before volume work starts.
US electrical basis stays explicit
60 Hz supply and voltages such as 120/208 V and 480 V differ from our Indian work. Your engineers set the electrical basis and sizing, and we record any assumption as a query.
A real overnight handoff
Time zones help only if the handoff is clear. We agree the mark-up format, what must be ready by your morning, and who answers queries before the next cycle starts.

- Confirm fit and confidentiality
Share a brief and document list. Agree any NDA before confidential files are exchanged.
- Agree the appointment
Set the design basis, inputs, outputs, fee currency, payment milestones, deadline and revision allowance.
- Review the first issue
Receive the agreed package, assumptions and open queries. Consolidate comments through the nominated project contact.
- Close comments and decide the next scope
Track responses and revisions against the appointment. Agree any additional work separately.
India is roughly 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of the US, depending on the time zone and daylight saving. Mark-ups sent at the end of your day can be worked on during ours, with agreed overlap for calls.
Before you appoint a remote MEP partner
Are your engineers licensed in the US?
We do not offer licensed engineering services in the US. Our offices are in Ludhiana and Noida, India. Your licensed engineers remain in responsible charge, and they direct the work, make the engineering decisions, and handle sealing and submissions.
Can a US building owner hire you directly?
This support is for licensed engineering firms and design-build teams. Owners should work through a licensed design professional, who can contact us about production support.
Do you work in Revit?
State your software, version, template and level-of-development requirements in the brief. We confirm compatibility and capability, normally with a small trial area, before accepting the scope.
Can we start with a small trial?
Yes. One floor, one discipline or a small sheet set works well as a paid pilot. It tests your standards, communication and review effort before you commit further.
How do you handle confidentiality and client data?
Tell us your requirements first, including any client or insurer restrictions on offshore work or data location. We agree the NDA, transfer route and tool access before files are exchanged.
