Scope of work
Panels are designed from the single-line diagram — incomer and outgoing ratings, fault level, the form of internal separation the client's safety standard calls for, metering and protection relays, and the interlocks between incomers and bus couplers. Motor control centres carry the starters, drives and control logic the process needs; APFC panels are sized from the measured or calculated reactive demand, with detuned reactors where harmonics warrant them. We design the panels, have them built with type-tested components to approved makes, install them and terminate the cabling.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
Panels are inspected at the factory before dispatch and tested on site — insulation resistance, functional checks of every breaker, relay and interlock, and secondary injection of the protection relays. The APFC panel is commissioned against a live power-factor reading so the steps actually correct the load present. The client receives the general-arrangement drawings, the schematic, the relay settings and the test reports, which is also the record the CEIG inspection looks at.
