What this system decides for your project
Earthing protects both people and sensitive electronics; lightning protection prevents catastrophic strikes. Both are inspected and are the cheapest insurance in the build.

Scope of work
The earthing system is designed from the soil resistivity measured on site — not assumed — to reach the earth-resistance values the installation needs: separate earths for the neutral, the equipment body and any sensitive electronics where the design calls for it, bonded into one equipotential system. Lightning protection is designed from the building's risk assessment: conventional air terminations and down conductors or an ESE system, with the earthing it terminates into. We supply and install the electrodes, conductors, bonding, test links and the lightning-protection system.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
Every earth pit is tested on completion and the value recorded against its location, and the combined system is tested at the main earthing terminal — these readings are part of the CEIG submission and are re-tested before each monsoon under the AMC. Bonding of metallic services, cable trays and structural steel is inspected and recorded. The client receives the earthing layout as-built, the test register and the lightning-protection certificate.
