What this system decides for your project
The substation is where reliability and safety begin. Correct protection coordination and CEA-compliant design prevent outages, equipment damage and inspection delays.
You need a quote for this if: Factories, campuses or buildings drawing HT supply or needing a new substation.
Scope of work
The substation is designed from the DISCOM sanction and the load list — voltage level, transformer capacity, the HT switchgear (RMU or VCB panel), the metering arrangement, LT distribution and a protection scheme that coordinates from the DISCOM feeder down to the last breaker. We prepare the single-line diagram with protection settings, the layout with the clearances the CEA regulations require, the earthing and the cable schedules, and we supply and install the switchgear, transformers, cabling and earthing, and the substation's own lighting, ventilation and fire protection.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
The CEIG drawing approval comes before civil work, so the substation is built to an approved scheme rather than corrected after inspection. Equipment arrives with factory test certificates; on site we run the insulation-resistance, high-voltage, relay and earth-resistance tests, and attend the CEIG inspection with the records ready. Energisation follows the clearance and the DISCOM's metering. The client receives the approved drawings, the test reports, the CEIG clearance and the protection settings — the file the periodic inspection will ask for.
