Scope of work
Lighting is designed area by area to the lux level and uniformity the task and the workplace norms require, using photometric calculation rather than a fixtures-per-square-foot rule, with the fixture type — high-bay, linear, downlight, façade or landscape — chosen for mounting height, environment and maintenance access. Controls add daylight harvesting and occupancy switching where the savings justify them. Small power covers the socket-outlet and equipment layouts, the distribution boards that feed them and the circuit protection. We supply and install the fixtures, wiring, boards and controls.
How it is delivered — and what you receive
Lux levels are measured on completion and compared with the design, because a fixture count on a drawing is not a lit room. Emergency lighting and exit signage are tested on battery for the duration the code requires and recorded for the Fire NOC. Control scenes are commissioned and documented. The client receives the lux survey, the circuit schedules and the control programming.
